Brand LILIYA BALTINA was established by young Ukrainian designer Liliya Baltina. Liliya has been creating custom-made wedding and evening dresses for 8 years. During this time more than 100 unique images for brides and fashionistas of Ukraine, Russia, Canada, Australia, and Germany have been put into practice.
