All payments for products and services of the companies making their offers on Penatis are made directly to the seller in a manner agreed by the Buyer and the Seller.

Delivery of products your ordered is performed by courier of Penatis.com to notified address or if product requires urgent check (for example, fabrics, furniture, etc.) – to the nearest orders consolidation office of Penatis Partners.

Cost of delivery including custom clearance and taxes will be specified at order raising. Time of delivery from all EU countries is 7-21 days, from Great Britain and USA it is 14-40 days after the date of shipment by the Suppliers.

If product is in proper condition it can be returned at the expense of the Buyer. The product can be exchanged (if in proper condition and quantity) at the expense of the Seller. Customized products (of dimensions specified by the Customer) or unique products (for example, fabrics produced and cut according to a specific order) are not subject to return even if in proper condition.

Every manufacturer when posting his products shall indicate all possible sizes. Please, make sure that sizes in documents for payment match your order.
